Great to meet you!

Have you found yourself saying, "I've got to stop doing this", only to do it again? Do you feel stuck, unmotivated, sad, anxious, or are you plagued by painful emotions/memories? I've worked with hundreds of people who have struggled with similar concerns. Working together we've found ways to get unstuck and onto a path of increased self-esteem and happiness. Whether the issue is putting unhealthy food or substances into your body, managing emotions, or not effectively communicating, I'm here to help you identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck and gain control.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrated approach to therapy, customizing treatment to meet your individual needs. Drawing on evidence-based treatment methods as well as using experiential methods including walking during our sessions, my approach combines the best available research with clinical expertise.

What you can expect from me

With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I will assist you in utilizing mindfulness techniques to gain insight and awareness. Together, we will develop tools to reduce suffering, to build and maintain healthy relationships, and to empower you to make the necessary changes to meet your current and future goals.
