Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed? Struggling with self-worth? Difficulty in your relationships with friends, family or partner(s)? Struggling to identify and express your emotions?

I specialize in treating people struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma as well as life transitions such as navigating college, careers and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I provide an integrative approach to therapy that is catered to each individual. I am trauma-informed, strength-based, affirming and solution-focused.

My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe and supported. You can tell me anything. I love working collaboratively with individuals to explore and process thoughts, experiences, issues and triggers. We will explore your goals and work towards them together.

What you can expect from me

Many people I work with find me to be easy to talk to and a “calming” presence. I have clients who I laugh and joke with as we work together and nothing makes me happier than being there next to someone as they become healthier, happier, stronger and more confident.
