Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Julie! I am a licensed mental health clinician providing therapy for adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and work toward meaningful change!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients develop effective coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and build resilience. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel supported while working toward meaningful change!

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought them to therapy. I will ask questions about current concerns, history, and goals in order to build a clear picture of what support may be most helpful. Together, we begin identifying initial goals for treatment and discuss what therapy may look like moving forward. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction for the therapeutic process.
