Great to meet you!

Life can be tough sometimes—we all hit bumps in the road. As a licensed clinical social worker, I truly believe that everyone can use a little extra support now and then. For the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside adults and families as they navigate life’s ups and downs.

My approach to therapy

I'm glad you're here. I'm a therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard—without judgment, pressure, or pretense. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I see therapy as a journey we take together: you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, insight, and support as you navigate challenges and discover your own path forward. Whether you're facing something specific or simply seeking greater clarity and connection, this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel a little nervous or unsure. The first session is really about getting to know each other and laying the groundwork for your journey ahead.

You can expect a calm, welcoming space where you’re encouraged to share what’s been going on in your life and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to dive into everything all at once—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

It’s also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if it feels like a good fit. Therapy is a collaborative process, and building trust is key. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and safe as we begin this journey.
