Hi I am Julie! I am a Psychotherapist and the owner of Peaks Therapy, L.L.C. I truly believe that growth and healing come from embracing vulnerability. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your innermost thoughts and feelings. I have a diverse background in working with individuals of all ages and in various settings. My expertise in working with different diagnoses, populations, and environments, enhances my ability to offer you a valuable treatment experience.

I will promote a dedicated space throughout your journey towards healing and based around your unique needs. Together, we will create a treatment plan on what you have determined deserves your effort and attention. This could include areas such as: Improving and empowering your mind with CBT, discovering harmony with DBT skills, restoring with EMDR, healing after loss, promoting balance through stress management and mindfulness techniques, or enhancing your communication & boundary skills.

I understand that everyone's journey is unique, and I prioritize acknowledging each person's past experiences, current situation, and future goals throughout treatment. My goal is not to have all the answers, but rather about walking alongside you, helping you navigate your strengths and challenges, and working towards a higher peak of functioning and wellness.
