Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Christian Therapist with experience working with both adults and teens. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University and have had the privilege of providing support in a variety of settings. I specialize in offering counseling from a Christian perspective, helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

In my therapy practice, I tailor my approach to meet your unique goals and needs, drawing on a range of effective techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. I believe in treating the whole person—addressing not only your mental and emotional health but also your spiritual and physical well-being. My ideal client is someone seeking compassionate support with a faith-centered approach, fostering healing, growth, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Each session is personalized to address your unique needs, with the goal of empowering you, providing support, and offering a compassionate, attentive space for you to be heard.
