Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and personal challenges. My background includes working with Division 1 athletes for both mental health and performance related concerns, as well as treating OCD, and challenges related to perfectionism, identity, and self-concept. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop realistic, effective tools to take on life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborate, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients recognize patterns int their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while developing practical strategies for meaningful change. I believe should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and while also being challenged to grow.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and providing space to discuss the challenges you’re currently experiencing. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals, and I’ll provide an overview of what therapy may look like moving forward. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling a sense of relief from sharing your concerns, along with a hope and a clearer sense of direction. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, asking questions, and getting a sense of whether I’m the right fit for your needs.
