My approach to therapy

I specialize in PTSD and trauma resolution. I work somatically, attending to deep holding in the body of physical, emotional, and psychological wounding. I work psychodynamically, seeking to understand and repair attachment issues. My goal is for my clients to overcome prior constrictions due to psychological trauma and to help them become cognizant of their own choices and their freedom to choose much of their reality.

I work interactively with couples to increase communication and understanding of one another.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is designed to gain rapport and understanding of how we want to work together. I hope to create a sense of safety and alignment of goals and purpose in our therapeutic relationship.
