Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who truly values creating a space where you can be yourself without judgment. I care deeply about helping people feel understood, not just “treated.” I tend to be curious and thoughtful in my approach, and I’ll meet you where you are while also helping you grow. My goal is for you to feel both supported and gently challenged in a way that feels safe.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method—instead, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and work at a pace that feels right. I integrate insight, emotional awareness, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change. I’ll help you connect the dots, not just manage symptoms.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to have everything figured out. I’ll help guide the conversation so you feel comfortable. We’ll start to explore your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Most importantly, you can expect a space where you feel heard, respected, and at ease.
