Great to meet you!

I work with people who may look like they are holding everything together, but inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. You may be dealing with trauma, mood changes, grief, addiction-related challenges, women’s mental health concerns, or life stress that has started to affect your sleep, relationships, focus, or sense of self.

I’m Juliet Glass, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I provide medication management and supportive mental health care for clients in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. My approach is warm, practical, and holistic - we will look at your symptoms, your story, your lifestyle, and what you want life to feel like again. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in a treatment plan that makes sense for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and whole-person focused. I want to understand what life feels like for you day to day - not just your diagnosis or a checklist of symptoms. We will talk about what has been difficult, what has helped before, what has not helped, and what you want to be different.

When medication is appropriate, I use it thoughtfully and explain options clearly so you feel informed, not pressured. I may also incorporate practical coping tools, education, lifestyle strategies, and support around sleep, stress, relationships, routines, and emotional regulation. My goal is to help you feel more stable, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will slow things down and make space for your story. I will ask about what brought you in, your symptoms, your medical and medication history, your relationships, stressors, sleep, lifestyle, and what you hope to feel or function better in your life. You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet.

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation where your concerns are taken seriously. I will explain treatment options in plain language, answer your questions, and work with you to identify next steps. My hope is that you leave the first visit feeling heard, clearer about your options, and less alone in figuring out what comes next.
