Great to meet you!

I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you — are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately?

I take a collaborative approach that blends medication management with supportive psychotherapy, helping you find practical tools while addressing the deeper emotional pieces of your journey. I'm passionate about working with women, families, and those struggling to manage it all and find a balance. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, staying active, and traveling when I can — all things I believe support both physical and mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, empathetic care for adults 18 and older, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Are you feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating ADHD, mood changes, family or relationship issues, changing dynamics, or past trauma? Together, we’ll explore what’s been going on and what support feels most helpful for you right now.

My approach blends thoughtful medication management with supportive psychotherapy, allowing us to address both symptoms and the deeper emotional experiences behind them. I believe in working collaboratively together.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space focused on understanding you. We’ll discuss your current concerns, history, goals, and what’s been bringing you in, while completing a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll explore treatment options that may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and practical strategies tailored to you.

My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and clear about next steps. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session — I look forward to working with you.
