Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner, I understand that mental health matters and should be prioritized. An individual’s ability to maintain a sound mind is key to achieving happiness and stability. With the impact of societal stigma on mental health, I congratulate you on taking the bold step by seeking help! My journey started over 18 years ago in the health field, and 11 of those years were as a registered nurse, but in the last few years, post-COVID, my passion expanded into Psychiatric mental health nursing. My focus is on clients across the lifespan who are struggling with mental health issues of all kinds.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we can work together to achieve a common goal: providing patient-centered and individualized care. We will work in collaboration, partnership, and mutual respect, and I will be your advocate in this journey. We must build trust and open communication to achieve positive treatment outcomes. I promise to listen to you and support you all the way.

What you can expect from me

A warm welcoming atmosphere is paramount in my practice because it creates a welcoming environment for everyone. I will start with a personal introduction and what lead to you seeking help. We will collaborate to come up with a treatment plan.
