Great to meet you!

My goal is to help you acknowledge and trust your own strengths to overcome any struggles.

With my belief that our physiology and psychology are inseparable, I utilize mindfulness-based, body-oriented interventions, and creative experiential activities as therapeutic tools, along with verbal interventions, to support you in making choices for the integration, understanding, and change you seek.

In the collaborative therapy space, we can learn and grow from each step we take toward the goal.

My approach to therapy

Have you ever felt that your mind and body are not in sync?

Have you felt something weird internally but you didn't know how to describe it?

Body movement is our native language and a primal way of learning, processing, and communicating.

While dealing with a busy life, we tend to forget to listen to our bodies that store our experiences, which may develop various struggles.

I will work with you exploring unprocessed feelings and experiences kept in the body and finding the mind-body cohesion.

What you can expect from me

You may feel stuck and out of balance with difficult feelings or thoughts that may be related to past experience.

When they remained unprocessed, they could cause various issues in your current life.

Besides, while coping strategies you used in the past are not updated as you go, they could become ineffective and rather hurtful.

With a holistic view of a person as a complex being with different facets and strengths, I aim to facilitate my clients' self-exploration toward recreating wholeness.
