Great to meet you!

I have worked with a variety of clients who differ in symptoms, severity of symptoms, diagnosis, age, gender, race, religion, and motivation. I have worked with both adults and adolescents in a variety of settings including residential facilities, centers for addiction, community clinics, private practice, and on a college campus. I believe in your abilities and your strengths. I believe that the counseling relationship is where we work together to help you move to a life where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I believe in working together to create awareness so that you have the ability to have choice in your life. I want to stand beside you in your journey to moving life to what you want it to look like. I take an active role in the relationship and look to create a strong therapeutic and working relationship.

What you can expect from me

Counseling is a journey of ups and downs as we explore together. Clients can expect to work with someone who truly cares about them and works hard to help them meet their goals. This comes with an active approach, strong relationship, and some humor along the way.
