Great to meet you!

For the adult who is tired of just powering through.

I work with adults who are used to carrying a lot but find themselves stuck in cycles of reactivity, brain fog, burnout, or disconnection. You may be excellent at navigating external challenges while feeling increasingly overwhelmed by the internal ones—whether that is the persistent hum of anxiety, the friction of adult ADHD, depression, relationship strain, or the weight of unprocessed anger and past experiences.

My approach is a collaboration rather than a lecture. Together, we will identify the patterns shaping your stress, decisions, and relationships, clarify what matters most to you, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. I especially enjoy helping adults and men who want greater focus, emotional steadiness, stronger relationships, and a more intentional way of moving forward.

Licensed to practice in: Kentucky, Texas, Iowa, Minnesota, and Florida.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. I help adults who are used to being the person others rely on feel less overwhelmed, reactive, and stuck. Whether you are navigating anxiety, adult ADHD, depression, anger, trauma, PTSD, stress, panic, or relationship difficulties, I offer a space that is intellectually grounded, warm, and focused on genuine results.

Therapy with me is both active and reflective. We will not only talk about how you feel; we will examine the patterns shaping your stress, relationships, and decisions. Depending on your needs, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Attachment-Based Therapy, and the Unified Protocol. Our work will balance insight with practical action so progress feels meaningful and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is less of a formal interview and more of a focused, collaborative assessment. My goal is for you to leave that first hour with more clarity than you had when you walked in.

First, we will map the specific friction points in your life—whether that is feeling chronically overwhelmed, the mental fog of ADHD, anxiety that never fully quiets, relationship stress, or the weight of unprocessed frustration. We will look at what is happening now, what you have already tried, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. From there, we will identify practical next steps and develop goals that feel relevant to your life. You can expect thoughtful questions, direct but supportive feedback, and tools that help you build focus, emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and confidence in how you move forward.
