Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with individual adults. I support clients navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, relationship patterns, identity, and life transitions. My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in the belief that therapy can help you better understand yourself, strengthen self-trust, and the clinical belief that any person can change course in life at any time.

I draw from approaches such as EFT, IFS, ACT, and integrative experiential techniques, tailoring our work to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore emotions, patterns, and strategies that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself and the relationships that matter most.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what is bringing you to therapy and work toward meaningful change. I tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based and experiential approaches such as IFS, ACT, mindfulness-based practices, and integrative techniques.

I work from a trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming lens, with a treatment focus on anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, neurodivergence, stress, and burnout. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies that support growth both in therapy and in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by getting to know what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what support would feel most helpful. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, strengths, and goals, while also making space for you to share at your own pace.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe, understood, and respected. By the end of our first session, we’ll begin to identify patterns, clarify your goals, and discuss how we can work together in a way that supports growth both in therapy and in your daily life.
