Great to meet you!

My name is Justin Rose, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon. I provide virtual appointments on weeknights and weekends. I specialize in supporting adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, and adjustment-related challenges. I am passionate about this work because I value being part of someone’s journey toward recovery, wellness, and self-understanding. I believe every person has the power to uplift themselves, create change, and build a life that reflects who they truly want to be. Therapy is a place to explore your story, understand your actions, and reconnect with your strengths, and I’m here to walk that path with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on truly getting to know you — your history, your motivations, the changes you’re facing, and the patterns that shape your life. Together, we explore what you need to make meaningful, lasting change. I offer a space where you can understand yourself more deeply, gain clarity, and build the tools to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the outcomes you’re hoping for, and the stressors or obstacles affecting your daily life. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
