Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, or other life challenges, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with individuals and families who are looking for support, clarity, and practical tools to move forward. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, better understand what you’re going through, and begin building a path toward healing, growth, and lasting emotional wellness.

I am a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with master’s degrees inHuman Development and Learning and Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. With more than 25 years of experience in the human services field, I work with diverse populations using solution-focused and primarily the cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients identify their goals, recognize patterns, and strengthen the behaviors that support meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe each person brings strengths that can be built upon. Whether you are seeking relief, direction, or personal growth, I would be honored to support you. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and take the next step toward improved emotional and mental well-being.
