Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree from Appalachian State University (2018) and a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, including identity shifts, relationship issues, trauma healing, pregnancy and postpartum, and spiritual awakening. My approach blends grounded psychology with holistic care, drawing from training in spiritually integrated therapy and somatic work. I believe therapy is a collaborative space where healing happens through openness to something new, presence, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen and safe enough to explore what’s unfolding inside us. I draw from evidence-based practices while also honoring the emotional, spiritual, and relational layers of who you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, identity shifts, or simply longing for deeper connection to yourself, I’ll meet you with warmth, presence, and deep respect for your process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is simply to get to know you; who you are, what you’re carrying, and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions about your history, current challenges, and anything you feel is important to share, but there’s no pressure to go deep right away. You’re welcome to share at your own pace. I’m also curious about your interests, values, and what lights you up, as those are meaningful parts of your story too. Most of all, I aim to create a space that feels safe, warm, and attuned from the very beginning.
