Great to meet you!

Thank you for considering me to support you on your journey! I graduated with my MSW in 2013, and have been a practicing DBT therapist since 2013. I have worked with a variety of populations and enjoy assisting people with finding ways to better tolerate distress, manage their emotions, strengthen and build quality relationships, and develop healthy coping skills to help you get through life's curveballs.

My approach to therapy

I have a very non-judgmental and collaborative approach to therapy, that is rooted in the relationship. We are in this together and you are driver of your own outcomes, I am along for the ride to share what I know and help you put the ideas and skills that resonate with you into practice. My goal to to understand your goals and help you succeed.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, we will form a collaborative, non-judmental realtionship so that I can get to know you and help you find your path toward holisitc health and wellness.
