Great to meet you!

My name is Justine Wright and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California.

Common modalities often incorporated in my practice include person centered/rogerian therapy, solution focused therapy, positive psychology, strength based therapy, narrative, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral... to name a few.

My approach to therapy

I provide in-person appointments & online telehealth appointments for greater accessibility and ease. My specialties include helping adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges due to life stage changes, self-esteem/self-confidence challenges, coping skills challenges, postpartum depression, school/work stress, and social/life skills.

What you can expect from me

I genuinely believe that the healing process begins with the therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet all my clients where they are in their journey, understand the client's experience, and work with them from that point at their own speed. I also work to create a safe and non-judgmental space while also providing a transparent, straight forward, and genuine therapeutic relationship with each person I work with.
