Great to meet you!

Hi!! I’m Kaci Coleman, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide psychiatric care and medication management for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, stress, and other mental health concerns.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing. I understand that mental health can affect every part of your life, and I believe treatment should focus on you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, lifestyle, concerns, and treatment goals before making recommendations.

Medication can be an important part of treatment, but I don’t believe in simply prescribing a medication and sending you on your way. We’ll discuss your options together, including expected benefits, potential side effects, and alternatives, so you can feel informed and involved in your care. My goal is to find a treatment plan that is both clinically appropriate and realistic for your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and develop a clear understanding of what brings you to care. We’ll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, medications, lifestyle, and what you hope to improve.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before your appointment. I’ll guide you through the process, answer your questions, and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. I want you to leave your first visit feeling heard, informed, and clear about the next steps in your care.
