Great to meet you!

I’m Kacie, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with years of experience helping people navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t look the same for everyone and that therapy should be a place where you feel safe to be fully yourself while gaining tools that actually fit your life.

My approach to therapy

My style is calm, supportive, and practical. I use approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and body-based tools to help you feel more grounded. I’ll meet you where you are, giving you space to slow down and reflect while also offering strategies you can use day to day. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself and begin to feel more balanced, more confident in your choices, and more at peace with your story.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are about getting to know each other and creating space for your story. I’ll ask what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and answer any questions you have about me or the process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at your pace. Most people leave the first session feeling relieved to have a safe space to talk and a clearer idea of what our work together will look like.
