My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in a holistic view of health, my approach centers on being your trusted partner in achieving lasting wellness. I offer compassionate, personalized care tailored to your unique needs—empowering you to take control of your health and guiding you toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on building a strong foundation of trust. We’ll take a deep dive into your medical and mental health history, explore what’s bringing you in, and begin identifying your goals for treatment. This initial visit is a two-way conversation—I’ll ask questions, but I also encourage you to share at your own pace. By the end of our session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your care plan and what to expect moving forward.
