Great to meet you!

I'm Kaellen Lamonte, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Rocklin, California area. I work with individuals navigating life's challenges, and I'm committed to meeting each client where they are — with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, life transitions, or something you've never quite put into words, I'm here to help you find clarity and move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered — I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you access the insight and resilience you already have. I draw on evidence-based techniques tailored to what's most meaningful for you, creating a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and genuinely supportive. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy — but there's no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is for you to leave that first conversation feeling heard and a little less alone. We'll start to build a picture of where you are and where you want to go.
