I am a Licensed Therapist (LMHC) in the state of Hawaii. I was born and raised on the island of O'ahu. As a culturally sensitive therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate a variety of mental health challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, as I also incorporate traditional Hawaiian culture and values to provide holistic and culturally relevant care. At-Risk Youth: Providing support and guidance to young people facing challenges such as academic difficulties, peer pressure, or family instability. Foster Care and Adoption: Addressing the unique emotional needs of children and families involved in the foster care and adoption process. Family Dynamics: Helping families navigate changes, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. Relationship Issues: Supporting individuals and couples in strengthening their relationships and addressing communication difficulties. Daily Stressors: Assisting clients in managing stress, anxiety, and other common mental health concerns.
