Great to meet you!

Some days feel heavier than they should.

You wake up already tired. Your body feels off. Your thoughts don’t slow down. You question who you are, what you want, or why things feel so hard when it seems like everyone else is managing just fine.

Maybe you’ve spent a long time pushing through being strong, being everything for everyone and now something in you is asking for a different way.

You don’t have to figure that out alone.

I’m Kailey, and I work with women who are navigating identity, emotional overwhelm, chronic health challenges, and the quiet weight that comes with holding too much for too long. This is a space where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly or have it all together, you just have to show up as you are.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes words aren’t enough or they’re just too hard to find.

That’s where we do things a little differently.

I use creative expression as a way to help you process what you’re feeling without pressure to “say it right.” Through simple, guided art-based exercises, we make space for what’s been sitting under the surface the emotions, the patterns, the parts of you that haven’t had room to breathe.

This isn’t about being artistic. It’s about giving yourself another way to understand what’s going on inside.

At the same time, we build real, practical ways to help you feel more steady in your day-to-day life, especially in moments that feel overwhelming or heavy.

We go at your pace. No rushing. No pressure. Just a space that feels safe enough to be honest.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about easing in not diving into everything all at once.

We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you lately and what made you reach out now. You don’t need to have the “right” words you can take your time.

I’ll walk you through how I work so you know exactly what to expect, and we’ll figure out together what would actually feel helpful and manageable for you right now.

If it feels right, we might try a simple creative exercise something low-pressure just to give you another way to express what’s going on without having to explain everything.

By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of what working together could look like and what your next steps might be.
