Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe enough to be open, and I aim to be a kind and attentive listener throughout that process.

I have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, and maternal mental health concerns. I work collaboratively with clients, empowering them to take an active role in their care while providing guidance, education, and evidence-based treatment options.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, meaning I consider the whole person—mind, body, and life circumstances—when developing a treatment plan. I integrate both therapy and medication management to ensure care is balanced, individualized, and effective.

What you can expect from me

During our initial appointment, we will focus on getting to know you. I will ask questions about your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, and any goals you have for treatment. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you’re looking for in care.

Together, we will begin developing a personalized plan that may include therapy, medication (if appropriate), and lifestyle considerations. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the next steps.
