Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience providing therapy across medical, crisis, and outpatient settings, and I currently provide telehealth psychotherapy to adults across multiple states.

I specialize in working with anxiety—both ongoing anxiety and situational stress that can arise during life transitions, relationship changes (such as breakups), parenting challenges, or when anticipating something new or uncertain. I also work with alcohol use disorder, offering a nonjudgmental, goal-oriented space to explore your relationship with alcohol.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I am DBT-certified. I focus on helping clients better understand their patterns, build effective coping strategies, and feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions, and daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more steady and in control. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I’m DBT-certified.

I work a lot with anxiety—both the kind that feels constant and the kind that shows up during stressful periods. We’ll work together to better understand what’s going on, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to manage emotions, reduce overwhelm, and respond more effectively.

I try to keep therapy grounded and useful—something you can take with you and apply in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to share what’s been going on at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current stressors, and patterns—especially as they relate to anxiety, stress, or recent life changes. From there, we’ll begin to identify initial goals and discuss what working together might look like.

My goal is that you leave the first session feeling heard, a little more grounded, and with a clearer sense of next steps.

You don’t need to prepare anything in advance—just show up as you are.
