Great to meet you!

Every stage of life brings its own challenges, transitions, and stories worth being heard. I specialize in working with older adults, supporting individuals through the emotional, cognitive, and life changes that come with aging.

I also have a strong commitment to supporting caregivers and adult children navigating the realities of aging parents. I understand the complex balance of responsibility, love, stress, uncertainty, and, at times, grief. Whether you're managing changing family roles, coordinating care, or coping with difficult decisions, you deserve a space to feel heard, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I work with older adults using CBT alongside a person centered, strength based framework to address life transitions, chronic health concerns, and adjustment-related challenges

What you can expect from me

During our first session, the focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy at this stage of life. We'll talk about your current concerns, as well as important aspects of your history, health, relationships, and any recent life changes such as retirement, medical changes, or loss
