Great to meet you!

My own healing journey led me to discover the incredible power of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. This model changed my life, and I knew I had to share its transformative power with others who might be struggling in the same ways I was.

I know what it's like to feel conflicted, anxious, overwhelmed, and confused. I also know the relief, understanding, and confidence that come from doing this work.

One of the most fulfilling moments for me as a therapist is walking a client through an IFS dialogue and witnessing the unburdening of a part that has been waiting so long for support and healing.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and allied space for all, including the LGBTQ+ community and clients exploring gender identity. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon (License: LPC-C9920) and a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).

Educational Background

  • MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University in Eugene, OR
  • BA in Philosophy from UC Santa Cruz (Go Banana Slugs!)

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing doesn't have to be cold or clinical. It can be a playful and powerful mix of deep emotional work and genuine, human connection. My practice is built on a foundation of attunement, collaboration, creativity, and self-love.

This means our work is a true partnership (collaboration) where you feel genuinely seen and heard (attunement). We'll use flexible and often body-oriented techniques (creativity) to help you build a lasting, compassionate relationship with yourself (self-love).

My goal is simple: to help you heal from attachment trauma and build a secure, trusting, and loving relationship with yourself first, so you can then cultivate more fulfilling relationships with others.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is a dedicated space for you to feel safe, seen, and heard. Together, we’ll collaborate on a plan that prioritizes the areas where you need the most support right now. My role is to learn how to best support you in the process of understanding and caring for your own internal system. Whether we are using mindful movement to ground or exploring internal dialogues with your 'parts,' we will go at your pace. We’ll use this hour to ensure my approach feels like the right clinical fit for your goals.
