I work with children, teens, adults, and families to help them better understand their emotions, improve communication, and manage challenges like anger, stress, and relationship conflict. I focus on teaching real, practical skills in areas like emotional regulation, coping strategies, healthy boundaries, and effective communication that you can use in everyday life. My approach is supportive, structured, and goal-focused — and I believe therapy can be meaningful and productive.
