Great to meet you!

Thank you for checking out my profile! I know trying to find a good fit in a therapist can be hard, so I'm here to make things easy for you. I come with years of experience with inpatient psychiatric approaches with mental health and substance use. I appreciate those working through trauma, C-PTSD, BPD, anxiety and depression, and am comfortable supporting those through their recovery journey.

My approach to therapy

I can help you focus on solutions and navigate difficult situations without demanding worksheets and homework as the basis of treatment. During our sessions, you can expect integrating creative solutions and outside the box thinking combined with solutions focused perspective and evidence based practice.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect open conversation focused on you, what you are looking for in treatment, your goals and interests and I can determine how I can best support you through your journey.
