Great to meet you!

Starting a new chapter in my practice means I can focus entirely on the clients I want to serve. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and PTSD, combining psychiatric medication management with a thoughtful and individualized approach to care. My approach centers on taking time to ask the right questions and understand your full picture before recommending any treatment, staying open to adjusting as we discover what works best for you. My practice is fully telehealth, so we can meet wherever you feel most at ease. I look forward to helping you find clarity and a path forward that fits your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and inquisitive approach, making sure I understand your goals before we decide on a path together. I stay open to adjusting your care plan as we learn what helps most, and I keep things simple and clear so you always know what to expect.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I will ask about your history, your current concerns, and what you are hoping to get out of treatment. Together we will talk through what a care plan might look like and answer any questions you have. You will leave with a clear picture of next steps.
