Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Kam, a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilmington University. I primarily work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety and mood concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, boundaries, and self-worth. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and aligned with their values.
