Great to meet you!

Welcome and congratulations on taking this next step on your mental health journey! With over 5 years of experience, I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and adjustment or life-transition concerns. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and safe to be your authentic self.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold naturally. Together, we work to develop practical tools, increase self-awareness, and foster meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, solution-focused approach to therapy, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we work to identify unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop greater awareness of the mind–body connection. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership, and I aim to empower clients with tools they can use both inside and outside of sessions to support lasting growth and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also review confidentiality, discuss how therapy works, and make sure you have space to ask any questions or share any concerns. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — the first session is about building comfort, trust, and beginning to create goals that feel meaningful and manageable for you.
