Great to meet you!

With experience working with adolescents ages 12 and older, adults, and couples, I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and evidenced-based approach to therapy. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, personality disorders, substance use, and addition-related concerns. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and build meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with individuals navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, life transitions, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I understand that each person's experience are unique, and I tailor treatment to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. My therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), AND Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Through these approaches, I help clients develop healthier coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, process traumatic experiences, and increase overall resilience.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, a complete assessment will be conducted to determine your diagnosis and needs. A collaborative treatment plan will be completed during the second session.
