Great to meet you!

As a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), I help to create strong relationships with my clients so they feel comfortable in sharing their story, which is an honor to me. Helping others heal is so important to me! I love working with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I have a collaborative approach to therapy and it is my belief that my clients are the EXPERTS on themselves. I am there as a guide to work with them through their depression, anxiety, mood swings, trauma, etc by helping them identify and process those issues, negative thought patterns and create and utilize tools & coping skills to manage triggers and make progress. I want to see you win and I'll be there to always listen, provide feedback, encourage and help you hone in and use those tools in your regular day life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is what I like to call your "getting to know you session". I'll learn about your background and what brought you to therapy and the goals you want to reach for. I strive to create strong relationships with my clients so they feel comfortable in sharing their stories and I do this by creating a warm, empathetic and welcoming environment.
