Great to meet you!

I’m a person-centered therapist who believes therapy is about helping you come back to yourself. I aim to create a space that’s warm, honest, and affirming, where you don’t have to shrink or overexplain who you are. My experience lies mainly in supporting folks who may be navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, pre- and postpartum mental health. We’ll work together in a way that feels practical and empowering. With a deep commitment to meeting people where they are, I would love to support you while you take a step toward enhancing your health and wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, real, and centered around you. I understand that starting therapy can feel new, uncomfortable, or scary, specifically if you’ve had experiences where you didn’t feel seen or understood. I move at your pace, take time to build trust, and focus on creating a space where you can be yourself without pressure or judgment. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, find patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and practice simple, useful tools to help you feel more grounded and in control. You never have to have it all figured out, you'll make progress just by showing up.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and ensuring you feel comfortable. You will have space to share as much or as little as you’d like, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to further understand your goals, not to put you on the spot. Most importantly, the core of our first session will focus on creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and able to come as you are.
