Great to meet you!

Sometimes life throws us a curveball, and we just need someone to help us navigate the change without completely losing our way. I'm Kara Talton, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my passion is helping young adults, adults, and seniors find their balance during these transitions. You won't find fancy therapy terms or complicated coping skills here. Instead, we'll focus on practical, real-life strategies that fit your day-to-day routine.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting those impacted by addiction, or just problematic coping skills in general. My style is straightforward and empathetic—I'm a good listener, and I'm not afraid to use humor and a bit of sarcasm to help bring perspective.

What you can expect from me

Our first priority will be building a strong working relationship based on trust and understanding, so you can feel comfortable being yourself. I love seeing people grow and am here to walk alongside you as you find your path.
