Great to meet you!

Are you trying to understand who you are and what your purpose is? Struggling with sadness, anxiety, or feeling bad about yourself in ways that are getting in the way of your healing? You are in the right place. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, identity questions, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about reaching BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients who deserve a therapist who sees them fully, including their ethnicity, culture, and lived experiences. My goal is to support you every step of the way as you grow toward your fullest potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach is culturally responsive and whole-person centered. I view each client in their entirety, including their ethnicity, identity, and cultural background, and I weave those dimensions into the work from the very first session. I use a strengths-based, client-centered approach to help you develop practical life skills, explore new ways of interpreting your world, and connect how your past experiences are shaping your present. I believe healing happens fastest when you feel genuinely seen and understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel safe to be yourself. We will talk about what is bringing you in, what has not been working, and what you are hoping for from therapy. I want you to feel heard and fully seen from the very start. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
