Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel genuine, welcoming, and useful in everyday life. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, family concerns, grief, stress, and life transitions. I bring a down-to-earth personality to my work and believe there's room for honest conversations, difficult emotions, and even humor along the way. Most importantly, I want therapy to be a place where you can feel heard, discover your strengths, and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and empowering. I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, so I tailor our work to your needs, experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck and find practical ways to create change. I'll support and encourage you, but I'll also challenge you when I believe it can help you grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about what you've been experiencing, what is important to you, and what you would like to see change. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin. We'll start where you are and work together to understand where you'd like to go, creating space for meaningful change and growth.
