Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Kare "care."

As a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I see the process of therapy much like a how a palm tree lives. Did you know they have more in common with grass? That's why their trunk moves with flexibility when hurricanes or tornado storms come.

From working with children to adults, I also believe in the importance of strengthening your foundation and flexibility. After all, with palm trees - after facing heavy storms, their roots grow even stronger than they were before!🌴💪

My approach to therapy

I work well with individuals seeking help with self-esteem, life transitions, relationship dynamics and self-improvement.

In therapy, I focus on creating a personalized and innovative experience. I draw from attachment theory, which explores the dynamics of all types of relationships. Cognitive behavioral and psychoanalytic therapies, to uncover patterns and motivations. As well as humanistic therapies that emphasize self-awareness and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Anticipate a warm and gentle virtual environment with a calming therapist that's pretty easy to talk to and seeks to really understand you with acceptance. So I encourage you to not be anyone.... but yourself. (:

**Please keep in mind: consultation requests are 15 minutes or less and the sole purpose is to guide the initial steps of therapy and explain the intake screening process.
