My approach to therapy

I am an eclectic therapist/professional that matches your needs with the clinical approach that will yield the greatest success. Together we will peruse your past and forge ahead to your future. We will explore together how to move you to a better place emotionally, spiritually and behaviorally.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and learn about your background. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better and push to be your best self.

What you can expect from me

While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
