Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional therapist, I believe meaningful counseling begins with a genuine connection—a space where you can feel seen, heard, understood, and valued for who you are. After 10 years as a school counselor, I felt called to expand my work beyond the school setting and invest in the emotional and personal needs of individuals on a deeper level.

My approach to therapy

Every person is uniquely created, shaped by their own experiences, relationships, strengths, and story. I believe your story deserves to be heard with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. My goal is to walk alongside you as you seek greater peace, healing, and understanding in your life.

I work with individuals of all ages, meeting each client where they are and tailoring the counseling experience to their unique needs and season of life. At the heart of my approach is the therapeutic relationship. I believe trust and safety are essential to meaningful growth, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self.

Together, we will create a space where you feel heard, supported, and valued as we explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you can share your story, what brings you to counseling, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we will explore the experiences, beliefs, relationships, and patterns that may be impacting your present, using approaches such as Sand Tray Therapy. For children under 11, I incorporate Child-Centered Play Therapy along with parent sessions, while working collaboratively with each client and family to develop meaningful goals and support lasting growth.
