The journey towards discovery and healing can be rewarding. The decision to seek counseling can be difficult. I am here to help. I am a social worker with over 20 years of experience. I have experience working with children and adults. I am passionate about my work and understand the importance of offering a nonjudgmental safe space for clients.

My approach to therapy

I will utilize a holistic approach to help equip clients with the tools needed to maintain a balanced life. In our sessions, I will adapt my approach to each person’s unique needs providing individualized care while continuing to adhere to evidence-based techniques. I will incorporate useful treatment modalities including but not limited to Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
