Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical therapist who works with adults 18 and older exclusively via telehealth. I have been providing virtual therapy since 2020. I have experience in community health settings and support people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD symptoms, work and financial stress, and complex family or parenting dynamics. My style is warm, grounded, and practical. I draw from CBT, solution‐focused strategies, mindfulness, and strengths‐based care to help you make realistic changes in daily life. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to “hold it all together” and can genuinely focus on yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from multiple treatment modalities to help you understand what you’re going through and make realistic changes in daily life. I often integrate simple mindfulness tools to build awareness and give you more choice in how you respond rather than react. I also pay attention to how your relationships, work, health, and past experiences shape what you’re feeling now, so we can address both current symptoms and underlying patterns.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be engaged, honest, and respectful—and occasionally a little bit funny when it helps to get through hard things. In our first sessions, we’ll clarify what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’d like to be different, and set clear, realistic goals together. I’m not here to judge, lecture, or “fix” you, and I won’t just sit and nod at you for 50 minutes; I’ll be an active partner in the process, with a mix of warmth and directness. My goal is that you leave therapy with a better understanding of yourself, more effective strategies for managing stress and emotions, and a stronger sense of control and choice in your life.
