Great to meet you!

I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and a Doctorate in Trauma Counseling. I am licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Wisconsin, where I have established virtual counseling services. Additionally, I have undergone specialized training in EMDR and Brainspotting.

My approach to therapy

Are you struggling with trauma, grief, depression, or complex relationships? I specialize in helping adults navigate these challenges and find deeper healing. My approach is grounded in a strengths-based model, aimed at transforming thought and behavior patterns for transformational change. I also help clients of faith integrate their faith into therapy. I’m passionate about this work because I’ve witnessed how a warm, empathetic therapeutic relationship can facilitate transformation. Through compassion and understanding, I help clients process trauma and difficult emotions, allowing them to heal and progress with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll take the time to understand your unique story and explore somatic techniques that you can begin using right away to feel more grounded and present in your daily life. My practice is built on the integration of physiological, psychological, and, if you choose, faith-based elements to foster long-lasting healing.

Whether you're feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about how to move forward, I’m here to support you in a way that’s tailored to your unique needs with understanding, and integrates the mind, body, and spirit. If you’re ready to take that first step, I would be honored to be part of your journey. Reach out today, and let's begin.
