Great to meet you!

I hold a MA in Transformational Psychology from the University of Philosophical Research and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler Graduate School. My Master's studies emphasized contemporary spirituality, holistic wisdom approaches to well-being, and Jungian psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

I offer therapy for a variety of mental health issues and have an extensive background in depth psychology and Jungian therapy. I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in deeply understanding themselves. In contrast to mainstream approaches to therapy, which focus on teaching skills or challenging a person's thinking, I emphasize working to understand the emotional-relational-spiritual roots of my client's psychology. It is at this deeper level that lasting change can occur.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is based on a respect for the client's experience and needs. I work to establish a safe, comfortable relationship between myself and the client. This ensures we can work collaboratively and creatively to help the client on their journey.
