Great to meet you!

Hi! I (she/they) am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. I completed my degree from Simmons University in 2019 with a focus on addiction, trauma, and group therapy. I also have a BA in English Literature and a Master's in Teaching English from Agnes Scott College.

My approach to therapy

My clinical practice is founded in my belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and is worthy of support. My clinical approach is heavily influenced by Internal Family Systems- parts work- and the belief we each have our own answers inside us. When people come together to support one another, they are embodying some of the most divine aspects of what it is to be human and prove that together, all things are possible.

What you can expect from me

I like to cultivate curiosity with my clients so that they can begin to build meaningful relationships with themselves.
